Owner and Clinical Therapist
All my life, I have always had strong empathy towards the experience of others.
Growing up, this was expressed in my close friendships. I was always the person who would comfort and listen to my friends.
This meaningful connection with my loved ones brought me so much joy. Since I always held a space for others, it felt so wonderful to have space held for me when I first went to therapy.
Therapy has been extremely helpful in many different stages of my life. Through treatment, I was able to become more self-aware, better tolerate my emotions, and learn how to be self-compassionate.
I believe that therapy is not only helpful for personal growth but my professional growth as well.
These experiences led me to want to provide the same support for others.
When I am not working, I love camping, hiking, skiing, going to the gym, and spending time with my partner and friends.
I practice mindfulness, take baths, reflect on my thoughts, and play with my pup Grouper to ensure my mental health remains strong.
I prioritize self- care because it helps me be a better therapist. Making time for the people and things I love refills my cup so I can continue to remain fully present with my clients.

I use in depth- psychology approach in therapy. I focus on helping the client understand their own problematic patterns, and how they were adaptive in the past. Then we work to integrater and resolve the patterns that are no longer of service. My intent is to help you approach your own difficult patterns with understanding and kindness.
I have always wanted to figure out life and suffer less. I've done many years of personal psychotherapy and meditation with that aim in mind. After earning a finance degree, I worked in Santiago, Chile, but felt unhappy and uninterested in business. Returning to the U.S., I studied psychology with plans to become a psychotherapist. A class on "Meditation, Biofeedback, and Self-Regulation" led me to meditation as a central life focus for many years. I practiced many forms of meditation, accumulating significant experience, but still I still felt that something was missing.
In 2020, a friend mentioned attachment theory and the Ideal Parent Figure Protocol (IPF). This resonated with me. I realized I had insecure attachment, which explained many of my issues. I studied attachment theory, practiced Ideal Parent Figure Protocol Meditation, and later trained in Schema Therapy and got a masters in mental health counseling. This work improved my relationships and mental state. I now enjoy connecting with others. I feel more at ease and understand myself and others better.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate, I am under direct Supervision of Francisca Mix, LPC, BC-DMT, ACS to ensure best practice care as I work towards licensure.
In addition to psychotherapy, meditation, and attachment theory I love learning about business, foreign languages, and cultures.

You are not alone. We are here to help. Change is possible with the right therapist.
There is this unrealistic expectation in society that we need to figure everything out on our own.
When it comes to mental health, it is sometimes impossible to meet this expectation.
Holding this burden on your own can even further propel you deeper into your own head.
Expressing our thoughts out loud in therapy fires off neurons in the brain that helps make new connections that can create change in how you experience life.
I will ask targeted questions and provide an unbiased perspective that allows you to better understand your experiences.
Voicing your thoughts will pull you outside your head so you no longer feel stuck.
My goal is always to get you to a place where you feel better. Through using my knowledge and skills learned through education and trainings along with my years of experience in the field, I am confident we can do it together.
Through therapy you will:
You may feel hopeless, but there is a path to healing.
I can help you find confidence in yourself and joy in your life again.
If you have tried it on your own and need support, I am here to help.
